Mountain Delight is on Watauga Lake, a beautiful waterfront Condo with dock to enjoy the clean waters of the lake. Swimming, boating, fishing and nearby hiking trails and waterfalls are all nearby. The Tri-Cities of Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol are within an hour drive with the North Carolina towns of Boone and Asheville just 1 1/2 hours away.Other things to notePet Policy- We allow a maximum of 2 pets. The pet fee is $25, that includes up to 2 pets. The fee will be charged after your stay through Airbnb.Boat & Trailer Parking- Your boat can be tied up to the dock during your stay. Approximately 200 yds down from the condo is an open area on the right where you can park a trailer or additional cars.
