Private marina on Watauga Lake in Butler, TN. Located near the Roan Creek area of the lake. Lakeview Marina is a Members Only Marina. (No public access) We offer auto-gate access with a fence surrounding the entire Marina area. There is a large deck for use by all our clients, which tops the Marina and offers stunning views of the lake. We also offer two large fields so our clients may store their boat/jet ski trailers for a small nominal monthly fee. We have not one, but two private boat ramps. Plenty of parking in our large parking lot, which is located close to the Marina. Covered slips. Video surveillance in order to protect our client’s vessels. WiFi available on site.
