Not necessarily. We'll walk through your home, point out what's worth fixing (and what isn't), and give honest staging advice. Some sellers benefit from a fresh-paint and declutter weekend; others can list as-is. We never recommend repairs you won't recoup at sale.

We pull every comparable sale within the last 12 months in your subdivision and waterway, adjust for water frontage, view, dock, acreage, year built, and finish level, and build a real CMA.
