Mountain City Retreat is nestled in and joins Cherokee National Forest for endless acres, a pond, trails, fire pits, views and more! It’s more of a luxury retreat, remote but we have all the amenities of home but without all the traffic. You are minutes from the Appalachian Trail, ARV Park, Watauga Lake, Boone, Skiing, some of the best fishing in the US and more! We are here to help with anything you may need.The spaceWe have trails, a fishing pond, outdoor equipment and fire pits for a memorable vacation or get away. There are also many nearby attractions and towns. You will have access to the entire house, pond, yard, fields, path, creek, spring and property. The only exception is the caretaker's house on the backside of the property and farm maintenance sheds.Other things to noteThe area is rural. We would recommend planning accordingly, we suggest stopping at the grocery store for any food essentials before your arrival. We will have toilet paper, paper towels and starter soap etc for you. The house comes with a full kitchen, linens provided, DirectTV with premium channels and 300 mbs Internet. The weather in the area can also fluctuate so don’t always rely on the weather reports.
