Woodland Retreat is loaded with amenities that will enable you to relax and enjoy your time away from it all. Enjoy cool lake breezes and the beautiful wooded surroundings off of 2 large covered decks on both floors.Look out the window at surrounding woods or many of the areas located just steps outside of the cabin are Forestry lands which allow you to see all sorts of wild lifeThe spaceOur Cabin has 850 cozy square feet with charming décor, knotty pine interior and 2 levels.Relax with a warm cup of coffee or glass of wine on either deck and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature while overlooking the cove on Watuaga Lake.Inside on the upper level, you have a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs to enjoy all your meals in the cabin. Also upstairs is a roomy living area where you can grab a blanket snuggle up, enjoy the electric fireplace or watch a movie on the 50inch Smart TV.Downstairs leads to an open bedroom with a queen sized bed and 32inch Smart TV. Bedroom has outside entrance to take you to the lower deck. Dogs are allowed by pre-approval only and with a nonrefundable $35 pet fee per dog (Max of 2 Dogs) Pet fee must be paid prior to check in or pet(s) will not be allowed. Please no smoking!Guest accessGuests will have use and access to the entire property.0.25 Mile Walk to Lake access to put in Kayaks or Canoes. Not ideal for swimming or fishing, however nearby areas offer swimming and fishing.Other things to noteBedroom does not have door, however offers a very private area. Cell phone service is very limited, however Wi-Fi calling works great once connected to our internet.
