Pet Fee applies ($75). ★ CAMERAS ★Please be advised that there are security cameras on the property that record video footage exclusively. These cameras are in place to ensure the safety and security of the premises. ★TRASH DISPOSAL ★To facilitate smooth trash collection, kindly ensure all garbage is securely contained within trash bags, as our trash pick-up service requires it for collection. Place the trash bags in the designated trash receptacle outside. Failure to comply may result in a $200 fine. ★ PROPANE ★We provide a propane tank for your convenience; however, please note that it may or may not contain propane. Guests are welcome to refill it at the local fill station if needed or bring a propane tank if preferred for use with the grill. ★BOOKING REQUIREMENTS★The person making the reservation must be 24 years of age or older, and must also be the one staying in the home unless they are booking it for a corporation. If booking via Airbnb please upload a profile picture. The photo will only be shown once the reservation is made. ★ COMPLETE THE CHECK-IN PROCESS★As a licensed Vacation Lodging Agency, we require all guests to complete a Pre-Arrival form and sign a rental agreement upon booking. Pre-Arrival form - The information provided is used to verify your identity and run a background check. Your information is secured by industry-standard software used by VLS Agencies across the globe. Your information is not sold or provided to any 3rd party. Rental agreement - The purpose of signing a rental agreement is to establish clear and mutually agreed-upon terms between the host and the guest. This legal document outlines both parties' rights, responsibilities, and expectations during the stay. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. ★ CLEANING & FURNITURE★General Cleaning: We provide a standard cleaning service included in your reservation to cover laundry, stocking of household items, and light cleaning of the home. This service ensures that the property is in a clean and sanitary condition upon your arrival. Please help us maintain this standard by cleaning up after yourselves during your stay. Mess and Disarray: We kindly ask that you keep the property in a reasonably tidy and organized state throughout your stay. Suppose the property is left in a messy or disarrayed condition upon check-out. In that case, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to cover the extra time and effort required to restore the property to its original condition. Furniture Placement: Please leave all furniture in its original location as it was upon your arrival. If furniture has been moved and not returned to its original position upon check-out, a fee may be charged to cover the cost of rearranging the furniture to its proper place. Any additional cleaning and furniture restoration or replacement fees will be determined at the discretion of the host based on the extent of the cleaning required or the furniture that needs to be repositioned.
